Agreement to Terms

By interacting with the Site, confirming your age, or participating in the match radar preview, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Age eligibility (21+)
Access to DateTopWave is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years old and who possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in their jurisdiction. By clicking “I am 21 or older,” you explicitly warrant and represent that you fulfill this minimum age threshold.
Scope and promotional nature of the service
DateTopWave provides an interactive preview and marketing recommendation portal for independent third-party dating networks. DateTopWave does not directly operate a dating matching system, social community, or chat exchange on its own servers. All profile cards, names, and images displayed during the preview are demonstration models designed to represent typical members available on our partner platforms.
Regional approximations (such as city titles) are generated from client-side time zone data rather than precise GPS coordinates. Availability of local matches is solely subject to the partner network’s registered member base in your region.
Interactive quiz and session handling
Data inputted into our match radar questionnaire is processed transiently in memory to tailor your preview. We do not store, archive, or syndicate individual quiz responses beyond your immediate browser session.
Referral relationships and third-party links
The Site incorporates outbound referral hyperlinks to independent third-party partner platforms. When following these links, you leave the DateTopWave environment and become subject to the respective terms, privacy terms, subscription models, and operating standards of those external operators. DateTopWave may earn affiliate compensation when users register or take actions via our referral links.
User conduct and restrictions
When accessing or using the Site, you agree that you will not:
- Access or attempt to access the Site if you are under the age of 21
- Deploy automated scrapers, spiders, bots, or extraction scripts against Site assets
- Misrepresent your geographical location, age, or identity
- Interfere with, bypass, or compromise the technical infrastructure of the Site
- Utilize the Site for any illicit, fraudulent, or harassing activities
Intellectual property
All graphical assets, branding elements, typography, CSS styling, UI layouts, and underlying source code residing on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of DateTopWave and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Warranty disclaimer
The Site and its preview tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without express or implied warranties of any variety, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific objective, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that site functions will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific romantic match will occur on partner platforms.
Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances shall DateTopWave or its affiliates be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or connection outcomes, arising out of your utilization of the Site or third-party partner platforms. Our aggregate liability for any claims related to the Site shall not exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50 USD).
Modifications to terms
We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms at our discretion. Revisions become effective immediately upon publication on this page with the updated revision date. Your ongoing use of the Site after revisions constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
